Prevention

St. Louise Eye Clinic teams regularly conduct expeditions to Tigray’s villages and schools to provide eye health prevention training to all underprivileged individuals. Project Vision has provided the clinic’s teams with all-terrain vehicles, facilitating accessibility for all populations.

Proyecto Visión built water wells and access roads, thanks to a grant from the Andalusian Regional Government, as a basic measure for the prevention of trachoma, an eye disease that was endemic in the area. They remain fully operational today.
