You will collaborate with an international non-governmental organization declared to be of public interest, which means you will receive tax relief on your contributions.
The new deductions in Royal Decree Law 6/203 of 19/12/23 state: up to €250, the tax deduction is 80%, and for all other donations over €250, the tax deduction is 40% for the first two years and 45% from the third year onwards.
If you’re a company, you can deduct 35% if you’ve been collaborating with us for less than 3 years, and 40% for 3 years or more.
Additionally, if you reside in an Autonomous Community subject to a specific tax regime or with additional deductions for donations to NGOs, you may have different deductions.
